About Me

Hi, I'm Natalie.

I'm a coach who helps people gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I believe that lasting growth comes from understanding ourselves better, recognising our strengths, and finding approaches that work for us as individuals rather than trying to fit someone else's expectations.

My coaching offers a calm, supportive space where you can reflect, explore challenges, and move forward with greater self-awareness and confidence.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, struggling with balance, or simply looking for a clearer sense of direction, coaching can help you identify what matters most and develop practical ways forward.

My Story

For many years, I felt like I didn't quite fit.

I worked hard, pushed myself to meet expectations, and often ignored the signs that I was struggling beneath the surface. Like many people, I spent a long time believing I simply needed to try harder.

In my thirties, I was diagnosed with ADHD. While the diagnosis brought answers, what made the greatest difference wasn't the label itself. It was developing a deeper understanding of how I work, recognising my strengths, and learning to build systems and habits that supported me rather than worked against me.

There were periods of burnout, self-doubt, and frequent job changes along the way. Looking back, I can see that these experiences weren't about lacking ability or commitment. They were about trying to succeed without the understanding, support, and strategies I needed.

A turning point came when I worked with a manager who approached my differences with curiosity rather than judgement. Instead of focusing on what wasn't working, they helped me recognise what was working and build on it.

That experience showed me how powerful it can be to feel understood, supported, and trusted.

Today, that's the approach I bring to coaching.

I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that fit your life and goals.

My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you discover what works best for you and support you as you move forward with confidence.

1:1 Coaching (Life & Work)

Personalised Coaching, Built Around You

1:1 coaching offers dedicated, individual support to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and develop practical strategies that work for your life.

Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, identify your strengths, and create sustainable approaches that feel realistic and achievable.

Coaching provides a supportive space to reflect, navigate challenges, and move forward with greater self-awareness and purpose. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, facing a period of change, struggling with balance, or looking for a clearer sense of direction.

Whatever brings you to coaching, sessions are tailored to your unique circumstances, goals, and priorities. My approach is client-led, strengths-based, and focused on helping you discover what works best for you.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds, including those who are neurodivergent or exploring how they learn, work, and thrive.

Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment. It is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth, wellbeing, and positive change.

Company Group ADHD Coaching

Practical, ADHD-informed support for teams and employees

Group ADHD coaching offers organisations a supportive, practical way to help neurodivergent employees understand how ADHD shows up at work — and what actually helps.

These sessions are ideal for companies that want to move beyond awareness and offer real, usable support.

Group coaching creates shared language, reduces isolation, and helps individuals develop strategies they can apply immediately in their roles.

What group coaching focuses on

Sessions may explore:

  • Understanding ADHD at work
  • Executive functioning in real-world roles
  • Time, task, and workload management
  • Managing overwhelm and cognitive load
  • Communication, boundaries, and expectations
  • Strengths-based approaches to productivity

Content is always adapted to the group, the workplace, and the organisation’s needs.

HR / Management support (ADHD & Neurodiversity-Informed)

Supporting managers to support neurodivergent staff

Many managers are already committed to supporting their neurodivergent team members — this space is here to support them, too.

Our 1:1 sessions offer a calm, practical environment to explore ADHD in the workplace, reflect on real situations, and develop approaches that feel both effective and sustainable.

Rather than focusing on getting things “right,” we focus on what works — building understanding, reducing unnecessary pressure, and supporting performance in a way that helps people thrive without burnout.
