About Me
I’m Natalie, an ADHD coach supporting adults to better understand how their minds work, build practical strategies, and create lives that feel more manageable and sustainable — at work and beyond.
ADHD can make things like planning, time management, emotional regulation, and decision-making significantly more challenging than they should be — even when you’re doing your best.
I provide a calm, supportive space where you can step back from self-doubt, make sense of your patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My role is to help you work with how your brain actually functions — not how it’s expected to.
My story
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my thirties, after spending much of my life feeling like I didn’t quite fit — without fully understanding why.
I worked hard to keep up, often masking what was going on internally, pushing through overwhelm, and trying to meet expectations that never quite matched how my brain worked.
Over time, this led to burnout and frequent job changes. Not because I lacked ability or commitment, but because I didn’t yet have the understanding, support, or tools I needed to work sustainably.
Everything shifted when I worked with a manager who approached my differences with curiosity rather than correction. Instead of trying to change how I worked, they helped me understand my strengths and build systems that fit me.
That experience was rare — and genuinely transformative.
It showed me what becomes possible when someone feels understood, supported, and trusted.
That’s what I aim to offer now:
practical, grounded support that helps you make sense of your experience, reduce self-blame, and build strategies that actually fit your life.
1:1 ADHD Coaching (Life & Work)

Personalised support, built around how your brain works
1:1 ADHD coaching offers dedicated, individual support to help you understand how ADHD traits may be showing up in your life, reduce overwhelm, and build strategies that fit your day-to-day reality.
This is for adults who feel capable but stretched — managing work, relationships, responsibilities, and expectations while quietly navigating executive function challenges.
You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with me. Many clients come to coaching while exploring whether ADHD may be relevant or considering an assessment.
If you are thinking about diagnosis, I can support you in understanding the process and signpost appropriate assessment pathways.
I do not diagnose or assess ADHD. Coaching focuses on practical support, self-understanding, and building sustainable strategies that work in real life.

Company Group ADHD Coaching
Practical, ADHD-informed support for teams and employees
Group ADHD coaching offers organisations a supportive, practical way to help neurodivergent employees understand how ADHD shows up at work — and what actually helps.
These sessions are ideal for companies that want to move beyond awareness and offer real, usable support.
Group coaching creates shared language, reduces isolation, and helps individuals develop strategies they can apply immediately in their roles.
What group coaching focuses on
Sessions may explore:
- Understanding ADHD at work
- Executive functioning in real-world roles
- Time, task, and workload management
- Managing overwhelm and cognitive load
- Communication, boundaries, and expectations
- Strengths-based approaches to productivity
Content is always adapted to the group, the workplace, and the organisation’s needs.
HR / Management support (ADHD & Neurodiversity-Informed)
Supporting managers to support neurodivergent staff
Many managers are already committed to supporting their neurodivergent team members — this space is here to support them, too.
Our 1:1 sessions offer a calm, practical environment to explore ADHD in the workplace, reflect on real situations, and develop approaches that feel both effective and sustainable.
Rather than focusing on getting things “right,” we focus on what works — building understanding, reducing unnecessary pressure, and supporting performance in a way that helps people thrive without burnout.
